Darren August is the founder and CEO of Dazz Consulting.
He is also the visionary behind the Call Centre Agent Summit. Darren holds qualifications in Call Centre Management, Skills Development Facilitation, Motivational Coaching and is currently completing his BCom degree.
During his 10 year career in the call centre industry, he has enjoyed success in various roles including agent, QA, trainer, team leader and call centre lecturer at Damelin
He has gained a wealth of experience at some of SA’s leading corporates and call centres and was a finalist in the 2008 BPeSA awards for “trainer

along with his ability to command attention and keep an audience captivated has seen him develop into a trainer whose style, facilitation skills and abilities are second to none.
Darren lives by the philosophy that he IS a “brand” and he has seen many a call centre agent’s life changed after they have believed this theory and made it their own. He is extremely passionate about seeing people around him be the best they can and achieve things they never thought possible. His dream is to make a difference in the lives of everyday people who sometimes just need to be encouraged to try one more time before they get their breakthrough.
